How We Started
In 1984, Mark Copeland Gardner left the civil engineering profession and pursued his passion for the creative as a freelance illustrator, specializing in architectural renderings. While working with local builders/developers, Mark developed a keen sense for the creative needs of the housing market. Eager to put his ideas to work, Mark Gardner Associates, Inc. was established in 1991 as a full creative service for singe and multi-family developers to provide graphics, displays and signage. Today, Gardner Creative Group is a leader in the creativity and implementation of sales and leasing center environments.
